LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The murder trial of a well-respected Southwest Florida doctor is set to begin tomorrow with national attention.
A friend found Teresa Sievers dead in the kitchen of her Bonita Springs home in June 2015.
Investigators found a hammer next to her body.

Teresa's husband, Mark Sievers, and another man, Jimmy Rodgers are charged with first-degree murder and face the death penalty if convicted.
Their trials are scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Another man involved in the case, Curtis Wright, is already serving a 25-year sentence after taking a plea deal in the case.
