NORTH PORT, Fla — Fire damaged a home in North Port on Sunday.
The North Port Fire Department says the first crews on the scene found heavy smoke on all sides of the house. They say the fire went through the attic and caused a partial roof collapse.
The house is in the 3000 block of Dennis St.
The fire department says no one was injured in the fire and it didn't spread to any nearby homes.
They say the State Fire Marshal will now investigate.
