Cape Coral Police seek assault suspect, asking neighbors to stay inside

The Cape Coral Police Department says they are investigating an aggravated assault near the 800 block of Miramar Street.

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The Cape Coral Police Department says they are investigating an aggravated assault near the 800 block of Miramar Street.

Police says K9s and drones are in use, as they look for a suspect who could still be in the area.

People in the area are asked to stay in their homes and to avoid the area if possible.
