BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — The Bonita Springs Fire Control and Rescue District shared an uplifting update, Monday.
They announced that, in less than two weeks, Battalion Chief Millican is continuing to recovery quickly after he was hit while working on the highway.
Officials said today, he was able to get on a treadmill.
He had been in a critical condition after being struck by an SUV, while responding to a separate emergency on Interstate 75, in September.
