Fort Myers officers respond to stabbing call

FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Fort Myers Police Department said it responded to a stabbing incident, late Monday night.

Fortunately, the victim's injuries were not life-threatening, though they were hospitalized. The victim chose not to pursue charges.

Officers said it happened just before 11 p.m. by the Caloosahatchee Bridge in North Fort Myers.
