FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. — A popular restaurant in Fort Myers Beach announced it is reopening at last.
The Whale said November 14 is the official opening date. Their soft opening is scheduled for Nov. 12 & 13. There may be a Grand Opening event and Ribbon Cutting, sooner.
Three years ago, Hurricane Ian devastated the business. The Whale was completely destroyed. However, thanks in part to the community, the business said it is now hiring again and eager to be open.
