UPDATE: FMPD confirms to Fox 4 that a pedestrian was killed in this crash. Police said they were called around 9 p.m. to Cleveland Avenue and Llewelyn Drive.

Fort Myers police are on the scene of a deadly crash on Cleveland Avenue.
According to the Fort Myers Police Department, both northbound and southbound traffic is closed from Llewelyn Drive to Stella Street.
It is not known when the road will open.
