FMPD reports this death is not criminal nor suspicious.
ORIGINAL REPORTING:
The Fort Myers Police Department said it is investigating a death, Tuesday.
An FMPD lieutenant told Fox 4 that they do not have a suspect in custody at this time, nor anyone they are searching for, as of around 4 a.m. They said the call came in around 1 a.m. to Towles Street and Edison Avenue.
Fox 4 saw officers leaving the scene of the neighborhood as we arrived, without any crime scene tape in sight. We will update you as we learn more.
