FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Florida Wildlife Conservation and LCSO were notified of a black bear roaming a neighborhood near McGregor Boulevard Thursday morning.
Both agencies monitored the bear, who made its way into a wooded area near Winkler Road and Sunset Vista Drive.

FWC officers ultimately captured the bear and relocated it to a more suitable area.
