CCPD confirms they are investigating a stabbing in this area, from last night. They say one man with a single knife wound to the chest was taken to the hospital where he remains in the ICU. Police add, the people involved are known to each other. While police are not on scene, the investigation is still active.

The Cape Coral Police Department said it was called about a stabbing, Tuesday night.
Shown above is footage from the scene, in the area of SE 30th Street in Cape Coral. You can see officers walking around and talking to neighbors.
Police confirmed to Fox 4 that they were called about a stabbing, though they were unable to confirm any further details.
