CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A motorcyclist is dead after a crash involving a pickup truck, according to Cape Coral Police.
Officers said it happened on Del Prado Boulevard between Pine Island Road and NE 10th Terrace, Monday around 6:30 p.m.
Police added that there was no alcohol or drugs related. However, speed is a factor in this crash, police said.
The truck driver went to the hospital, according to officers. No arrest was made.
The roadways are open as of Tuesday morning, according to the police department.
