CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Cape Coral Police arrested 22-year-old Tyler Paul Janson for DUI manslaughter charged just after 1 a.m. on Sunday.
Cape Coral Police said the victim was a passenger in another vehicle.
They said it happened near Beach Parkway West and Oasis Boulevard.
CCPD said his blood alcohol level was .149, which is nearly twice the legal driving limit.
