FRIDAY EVE!
The sports BINGE starts early on “Friday Eve” – that’s Thursday night for our less-hip friends – with MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL at 7:00pm on FOX 4 and the hometown team Tampa Bay RAYS taking on the Cleveland GUARDIANS. While our Rays won’t be in playoff contention this year, the Guardians still have a shot.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL FRIDAY
Hold on, you cats and kittens --- at 8:00pm Friday for two kinds of college WILDCATS to face off at that Great Plains monolith MANHATTAN, Kansas…if you haven’t guessed yet, it’s K-State taking on Arizona, right here on FOX 4.
Sidenote: if LADIES HOOPS are rocking your world right now, Caitlin CLARK and her FEVER squad take on the ACES of VEGAS at 7:30pm on ION, followed by a cross-country collision in the heavens, as the Connecticut SUN play the Phoenix MERCURY at 10:00pm. SATURDAY SIDELINE BINGE
SATURDAY ON FOX 4, keep your college football BINGE going with a TRIPLE-HEADER that starts with a bang as Alabama’s pachyderms will try to stampede some Wisconsin badgers at 12:00pm Saturday.
The animal kingdom theme continues at 3:30pm on FOX 4, when you get to pick sides in a big BEAVER STATE rivalry and see whether OREGON and OREGON STATE get bragging rights for another year.
And at 7:30pm the FOCUS returns home to FLORIDA as the KNIGHTS of the I-4 Corridor, UCF, joust with TCU.
If you’re looking to change things up Saturday night, chase the sunset to the West Coast for some NATIONAL WOMEN’S SOCCER LEAGUE match-ups that are FREE to watch starting at 7:30pm on ION. The double-header has LOUISVILLE and LA, followed by UTAH and SAN DIEGO at 10:00pm Saturday.
SUNDAY WITH THE BIG BOYS ON FOX 4
FOX 4 is the place to be SUNDAY at 1:00pm as Tampa Bay sends its marauders to the Motor City for a taste of Fall.. and lions..
And if that game leaves you amped up, you can always take a side-trip to Reading, Pennsylvania to blow off some STEAM with the drivers of the NHRA DRAG RACING, after the NFL right here on FOX 4.
