FORT MYERS, Fla. — Fort Myers Police responded to a call around 12:30 am regarding a vehicle versus a tree.
Police say a sedan was traveling southwest along McGregor Boulevard when it struck a palm tree.
The driver is listed in serious condition.
It is unknown if alcohol played a factor.
The investigation is ongoing.
