CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Two men arrested trying to sell some illegal treats took a cake right to jail in Charlotte County.
Shavon Morgan and David Joseph of Fort Lauderdale are charged with drug possession and intent to sell.
Deputies pulled their rental car Thursday and quickly noticed the smell of pot. Upon searching the car, deputies found a large cake and several packages of cereal bars that were all laced with THC.
The two men had tablecloths and items related to a bakery business.
