A man is facing charges tonight for having a gun in his backpack at Southwest Florida International Airport.
It happened yesterday when a TSA agent saw what appeared to be a gun on the x-ray screen.
Port Authority police say the backpack belonged to Richard Colazzo who was traveling to New Jersey.
When they opened it up, they found an unloaded handgun.
Colazzo did not have a concealed weapons permit.
