Three students were arrested for smoking marijuana using a juul at school, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said in a report.
Detectives responded to Naples High School after a teacher made complaints of a student "vaping" in a classroom. When the student accused of "vaping" was questioned, she confessed that she had marijuana oil in her possession that she purchased from another student, CCSO said in a report.
Deputies quickly made contact with the seller who confessed to selling the marijuana cartridges to 15 other students at Naples High School.
A third student who recently purchased a marijuana cartridge was confronted and confessed to deputies that he made the purchase through the accused seller.
Att three student were arrested and charged with Possession of Synthetic Narcotics.
School discipline was also issued for all three students and an administrative hearing was set up for each of them.
