Three sentenced in Circle K robbery in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The State Attorneys Office announced the sentencing of three individuals responsible for robbing a Circle K in Cape Coral on November 21, 2018.

Police say Jose Antonio Lopez Jr., 21 had a gun pointed at the clerk and Nikolas Tyler Mayo, 19 went into the Circle K and helped grab the $60.00. Shane Calden, 18 was the one who dropped them off.

Jose Antonio Lopez Jr., 21, was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by five years of probation.

Nikolas Tyler Mayo, 19, was sentenced to 5 years in prison followed by two years of probation in July.

Shane Calden, 18, was sentenced to 6 months in jail followed by five years of probation for one count of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
