Suspect sought in tool theft at Cape Coral store

CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police have released a surveillance image of a suspect in a tool theft at a local home improvement store last month.

According to Cape Coral Police, the theft happened on March 13, 2019 at the Lowe's on NE Pine Island Road.

Investigators say that at 1:37pm, the man seen pictured here entered the store and loaded a DeWalt 4-piece combo kit into a cart and walked out without paying for it.

He was wearing a blue long sleeve button up shirt, black pants, black shoes and a flat brimmed hat, and was picked up in an older 4-door sedan.
