FORT MYERS, Fla. — Fort Myers High School students get a lesson in job interview skills on Thursday during a "Dress for Success" event.

More than 1,000 ties were donated to the school. Business and community leaders were invited to teach the boys how to tie a tie and conduct themselves in a job interview. The girls will have the same opportunity to learn these lessons, and a chance to see a fashion show with appropriate job interview attire.

Assistant Principal, Jamie Kirschner, says the school's mentorship program works to teach their students these life skills.
