Shooting reported near Island Coast High School in Cape Coral

Cape Coral Police are currently investigating a possible shooting around the 2100 block of De Nevarra Pkwy in Cape Coral. Island Coast High School was on temporary lockdown but was lifted. There are reports of minor injuries according to Cape Coral police and several people are being questioned.

During the investigation there will be an increased presence of law enforcement in the area. Cape Coral Police state that there is currently no danger to the public.
