DESOTO COUNTY, Fla. — The DeSoto County Sheriffs Office is warning the community of a potential scam.
The Sheriffs Office says they have received reports of a potential scam from the community.
The scam involves someone calling from “Location Services with the State of Florida” using number 833-298-3500 EXT 402.
The Sheriff’s Office says this is a scam and not give out any personal information.
