BOKEELIA, FLa. — The Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the publics' help in trying to locate a man who went missing more than a year ago.

Milton Crocker, 69, was reported missing on January 4, 2019, by a friend.

Crocker left a letter in his mailbox with instructions on how to handle his personal affairs, as well as a few hundred dollars cash, some lottery tickets, and the keys to Crocker's 2006 Chevrolet pick-up.

Concerned for his safety, the friend immediately went to Crocker's home; however, the only thing he found was Crocker's abandoned cell phone.

On March 30, 2019, a more extensive search was conducted in and around Pine Island by the Sarasota Search and Rescue Team; however, those efforts also yielded negative results.

Anyone with information on the disappearance or whereabouts of Milton Crocker is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).

All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
