FORT MYERS, Fla. --- Lee County Sheriff's are reporting a police involved shooting, Saturday night.
According to investigators the incident happened at the 300 block of Royal Palm Park Road in Fort Myers.
The officer involved was responding to a disturbance in the area when a car approached aggressively. Investigators say the officer pulled out his gun and shot at the car.
The driver of the car drove off in a car similar to a 2000 Chevy Impala.
There are no reported injuries at this time.
