LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- This weekend, you and your pet can socialize while helping a Southwest Florida shelter.
The Gulf Coast Humane Society is hosting their inaugural Hops and Hounds event on Saturday, June 2, at Old Soul Brewery in Fort Myers. There will be raffles, live music, adoptable dogs and a free growler with any dog adopted from the event.
The pet of the week is Mimi, a 14-year-old Papillon. She is playful and has plenty of energy, despite her age.
Last week, we introduced you to Chloe, our pet of the week looking for a loving home. The Gulf Coast Humane Society says she was adopted the same day.
