A group of doctors and nurses were able to revive a young girl after she inhaled ocean water while swimming at the Estero Island Beach Resort, Saturday.
The Good Samaritans say they saw a mother run from the ocean to the resort with her daughter's lifeless body in her hands. The woman told them her daughter inhaled ocean water.
"She had no pulse and our daughter and the other nurse started mouth to mouth, to clear the airway. My wife cleared the airway," said witness Otto Hompa.
The young girl was taken to the emergency room shortly after.
