PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — A New Port Richey man was arrested after a road rage incident.
A police report says Jose Angel Toro Negron, 32, got into a verbal altercation with a vehicle he says cut him off.
Both vehicles were stopped at the intersection of Little Road and Rancho Del Rio.
Police say Negron exited his vehicle and with a closed fist, punched the passenger side door of the victim's vehicle, leaving a dent.
Negron then walked on the other side of the victim's vehicle and punched the window.
Negron then went back to his vehicle and grabbed a hammer.
He then threw the hammer at the victim's rear, and as a result, it shattered the window.
Negron then drove off.
Negron was later arrested for throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle.
