CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Charlotte County just opened a new county annex building, so if you live on the coast, near Englewood, you won't have to drive into Port Charlotte.
It will have offices for the tax collector, elections, veterans and senior services, utilities, and more.
The one cent sales tax program paid for the new building.
