NORTH NAPLES, Fla. -- Have you ever seen a horse sunbathing? That's been a recent sighting at Barefoot Beach County Preserve.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office has increased patrols in the preserve in recent nights, and that includes their Mounted Patrol Unit.
Earlier this month, a woman said a man grabbed her and tried to sexually assault her on a trail at the park.
The sheriff's office says these horses are hard at work on the beach, but are happy to stop and say hi to beachgoers.
