COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- A heads up in you live in Ave Maria and Immokalee that you may see mosquito spraying in your area.
Collier County says they have noticed high numbers of mosquitos in those areas, and will be spraying Tuesday night after 10 p.m.
Remember, mosquitoes breed in standing water, so it's a good idea to empty anything holding water on your property.
If you have puddles, you can head to Collier Mosquito Control District Offices and pick up some free mosquito fish which will eat the larvae.
