FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Medical Examiner’s Office identified the body of a missing Lehigh Acres man who was found submerged in a lake at Forum Boulevard and Warrior Way in Fort Myers on Monday, September 23rd.
Police found 20-year-old Santiago Gomez underwater in the 2018 Toyota he was last seen driving after work. He never returned home and was reported missing on September 17th.
At this time, police are investigating the incident as a single-car accident, and no foul play is suspected.
