SAN CARLOS PARK, Fla. — Deputies arrested Benito Garcia for burglary with assault or battery.
This was after a gas station employee said he attempted to hide inside the 7-Eleven gas station on San Carlos Park Boulevard near Three Oaks Parkway.
Investigators say Garcia broke into a home and attacked someone before running to the gas station.
He was taken to the Lee County Jail.
