LEE COUNTY, Fl. — A man who was found guilty of Vehicular Homicide was sentenced to 12 years in prison followed by 3 years of probation.
Kenneth Graves, 38 was charged with the fatal killing of Kennya Gonzalez Ojeda , 32 after witnesses said he was driving at a high rate of speed on Veterans Parkway in Cape Coral.
Graves cut in front of another vehicle on Thanksgiving Day at a high rate of speed before striking a median, going airborne and shearing off the roof of a Prius driven by Ojeda.
