LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — Jonathan Brunelle 42, was sentenced to life in prison.
He was previously found guilty of 2nd-degree murder.
According to the State Attorney's Office, on June 2017, the father and son got into an argument at a Lehigh Acres home.
Brunelle called the Lee County Sheriff’s Office on the main phone line and said “they better get here before I put a bullet in him” referring to his son.
Following a nearly five day trial in Lee County, the jury came back with the guilty verdict .
Jonathan Brunelle (Lee Co case # 17-CF-016716) is sentenced to life in prison. He was previously found guilty of 2nd-degree murder.
