COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — A man seen pulling car door handles in East Naples has been arrested.
Deputies say Roy Edward Winters. 47, was seen by a witness walking around the parking lot pulling on door handles.
Deputies were called out to the scene and caught Winters inside a vehicle that was not his.
When Deputies approached the vehicle, Winters failed to comply with Deputies.
Winters ran and hid behind a pickup truck where he was found crouching down.
A laptop that was inside the victim's vehicle was found on the bed of the pickup.
Winters was charged with burglary, petty theft, and resisting arrest.
