A 36-year-old Miami man was arrested for driving drunk with a child in the back seat of his car.
Deputies pulled over Mario Molina while he was traveling west on I-75 at 102 MPH.
When Mario was asked to exit his car a 9-year-old boy was spotted in the back seat.
Deputies say both the driver and the passenger were wearing seatbelts but Mario failed Standardized Field Sobriety Exercises and was arrested.
He faces D-U-I and Child Abuse charges.
DCF was informed during the investigation.
