A man is now facing robbery charges, after he's accused of stealing from a woman outside of a Winn-Dixie.
Investigators say it happened Tuesday at the store on Golden Gate Parkway.
They say 26-year-old Joshua Fowler rushed over to the victim, gave her a bear hug, reached into her pocket and stole $300.
Investigators say he then took off on a bike, but he didn't get far, because he was arrested a short time later.
Jail records show Fowler has been in and out of jail since 2010.
In the past he's been arrested on burglary and grand theft charges.
