It's been happening in a gated community off Tamiaimi Trail in North Naples.
"Even today, I got two pieces of mis-delivered mail, just today," said Audubon Country Club member Marie Buckley.
Buckley says she tried to correct the problem by re-delivering the mail to other homes throughout the her subdivision, but eventually gave up.
"I started writing mis-delivered and putting it back in the mail, to be picked up again, it got picked up again and re-delivered to me!"
It's not just mis-delivered mail, its held mail that ends up being stuffed into mail boxes. Some pieces of mail don't have a Collier County address on them.
"I've gotten mail where nothing matches, not the number of the house, the street the name, not the town."
Marie says her community contacted the postal service and they were assigned a case number, haven't heard back from them.
She's worried the problem could get worse before it gets better.
"I don't know how many other things haven't shown up, perhaps some important bill won't show up and won't be paid on time."
The United States Postal Service sent a response to 4-In-Your-Corner Wednesday morning saying in an email:
"Local management is aware of the customer's concerns. A postal official will contact her to discuss and resolve the issue to her satisfaction," said Suncoast District Spokesperson Debra Fetterly.
