FORT MYERS, Fla. — Authorities are searching for a person who robbed an arcade on Thursday.

At around 5:43 p.m., the person went into Gold Rush Arcade on Cypress Lake Drive and passed a note to the cashier demanding a large amount of money.

After that, the person left the arcade on foot with the money.

According to the police report, the owner was working the cash register when the robber came in. The owner said the person who came in was white, but that she couldn't tell if they were a man or a woman. She described the person as short and wearing a gray hoodie, black pants, a black beanie and a face mask.

The person walked in and showed the owner a piece of paper that said "hand over all the cash in the register and nobody will get hurt." The owner then put the money from the register into a shopping bag while the person who came in yelled at her to hurry.

When the owner was done putting the money in the bag, the person left the arcade.

In the first video above, you can see the interaction between the robber and the owner. In the second, you can see the person enter and exit the store on foot.
