PINE ISLAND, Fla. — Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission responded to a lethargic manatee off of Pine Island.
The manatee was suspected to be experiencing effects of red tide.
FWC successfully captured the animal. The manatee was taken to SeaWorld for rehabilitation.
