FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Florida Lottery says 59-year-old Gary Rashford claimed a $1 million prize from “The Fastest Road” scratch-off game.
Rashford chose to receive his winnings as a one-time payment of $790,000.
He purchased the ticket from Becks Food Store located at 4821 Buckingham Road.
