LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Lee County is reminding residents that the deadline to apply for the Florida Division of Emergency Management storm debris removal is Wednesday, March 29.
The state program removes qualifying debris from private properties, including lost and displaced vehicles, vessels and other titled property that was displaced by Hurricane Ian.
Those who have submitted applications already will not be affected by the deadline.
