LEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Lee County Government website is now back up days after the county shut it down due to a cyber-attack.
On Friday, the county announced they shut down "Leegov.com" so they could protect all their data during the investigation.
This included bill paying and building permit applications.
The county says although the website is back up, you may experience connectivity issues while they work, they restore all their online services.
The county also says they cannot give any more details on the cyber-attack because this is an active investigation.
