LEE COUNTY, Fla. — A Lee County Sheriff's Office employee was arrested for a video voyeurism complaint from November, stemming from an incident in North Fort Myers.

Investigators say Phillip Seeley, 33, intentionally installed a recording device to secretly view and record the victim at a time and place in which the victim had a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Seeley’s was arrested and is facing six counts of video voyeurism.

His employment has been terminated.

Seeley’s court date is set for March 15.
