FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Lee County Mosquito Control District is decreasing the size of its helicopter fleet, but say now they can do even more work with the new choppers they have.

The district has received two of their order of six new Airbus H125 helicopters, which will replace an assortment of Huey and Bell helicopters.

The new units include an upgraded avionics package

The new equipment cost $19 million in total, and they're hoping to have the new fleet in the air for testing within the next few weeks.

Four in Your Corner chief photojournalist Curt Tremper shows us the new arrivals in the downsized fleet in the video above.
