Here’s some advice the Collier County Sheriff's Office says should protect you:
They recommend you write down or take pictures of the serial numbers on all your stuff.
Also make sure you lock your trailers.
Add lighting if you can for overnight storage.
And if it's in your budget, install alarms or think about video surveillance cameras.
