A Naples man, under the influence, is accused of falling asleep at a drive-thru, the Collier County Sheriff's Office said in a report.
Deputies responded to the restaurant located off 15th street in Immokalee where they found 27-year-old Floriberto Mendoza fast asleep in the drive-thru.
When deputies tried to get his attention, Floriberto woke up in a state of shock, CCSO said in a report.
Deputies say they noticed opened alcoholic beverages in his front console and asked him to exit his car.
After failing a series of field sobriety exercises, he was arrested and charged with D-U-I.
