LEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Hispanic Heritage in Southwest Florida, Porto Fino Dental, and the Hispanic America Doctors Association of Southwest Florida are inviting Lee County Middle School and High School students to participate in the Hispanic Heritage Month essay contest.
The contest is open to students in Lee County. Students can select between two themes and must include their name, grade, and school.
Middle school students are required to submit a 500-word essay, and high school students are required to submit a 1,000-word essay.
Entries will be accepted from September 26-October 13th. Students can submit their essays to Claribel Bocanegra, founder of the Hispanic American Doctors Association at info@hadaswfl.org.
