It's going to be a brutally hot weekend & if you're going to be outside, there are some things you should know about heat exhaustion & heat stroke. They are quite different & need to be taken seriously. Heat exhaustion can show up as dizziness, cool & pale skin, either a rapid or weak pulse, or muscle cramps... you need to get i nto air conditioning to cool down. Drink water. Heat stroke is much more serious with a throbbing headache, no sweating, hot skin, a rapid & strong pulse, & you could lose conciousness... call 911 immediately!
