NAPLES, Fla. -- Deputies are investigating after cell phone video showed shots fired in a Golden Gate Estates neighborhood.
The incident happened off Golden Gate Boulevard, Thursday. The person who captured the video said the gunman was upset over his loud exhaust.
"What has you so miserable that you have to take the law into you own hands over what was probably a noise complaint, or a speeding issue if that was his problem," he said. "He feels like handling situations like that is okay. Whether he was trying to put fear in my heart or just send a message, you don't approach a situation like that."
No one ws injured in the incident. An investigation is underway.
